Dawid Stalmach

Dawid specializes in business law, company law, intellectual property law, and tax law.

He supports investors, founders, and originators in terms of going through investment and divestment processes and M&As, including by means of drafting transaction documentation. He coordinates the work of a team of lawyers who carry out due diligence reviews (legal audits), in particular of start-ups at the pre-seed and seed stages, in terms of intellectual property rights, labor law, company law, tax law, and other issues.

He regularly provides services to private equity entities (including venture capital entities), many of which apply for EU funds under operational programs. These services include advisory in terms of tax law, strategy of protecting intellectual property, EU law, corporate governance, public offers, investment operations, and other areas of law. He has successfully carried out a number of proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, including but not limited to cases concerning entering companies into the Register of Managers of Alternative Investment Companies.
