Joanna specializes in intellectual property law, the law of new technologies, public procurement law, and business law.

At the Law Firm, she handles business contracts, focusing on IT and new technologies, and contracts concerning trading in specialist equipment, supporting clients in negotiating, executing, and carrying out contracts, including at the international level.

She provides legal services to corporate groups, supporting the Law Firm’s clients in their day-to-day operations. She also carries out due diligence reviews of companies as part of investment processes.

Experience

She has been involved in the provision of legal services as part of investment projects, including those co-financed with EU structural funds, supporting both investors and contractors, e.g. specialist construction companies, public and private cultural institutions, local governments, and other public and private entities.

She has extensive experience in representing clients in court litigation and mediation, administrative, and court/administrative proceedings.

She has provided legal services to domestic and international movie companies, supporting producers and other entities operating in the audio-visual sector.

Professional qualifications and licenses

Joanna is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

She is also a licensed mediator registered with the President of the Regional Court in Kraków.

She graduated with honors in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She passed her bar examination with honors, as well.

In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
