Elisabeth Olson

Elisabeth E. Olson focuses her practice primarily in the areas of government affairs, land use and zoning, licensing, and real estate matters.

Elisabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada Reno and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2016. While in law school, Elisabeth served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II, U.S. District Judge for the Central District of California.

Elisabeth represents local and national developers, home builders and individuals on land use and zoning matters in Nevada. She regularly appears before the Clark County Board of County Commissioners, the Clark County Planning Commission, the City of Las Vegas City Council, the City of Las Vegas Planning Commission, the City of Henderson City Council and the City of Henderson Planning Commission on representing clients and gaining approvals for developments of residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial uses. In addition to land use related matters, she represents clients on other licensing and real estate related matters.
