Shun Yun Yeung (Real Estate, Banking)

Shun Yun is well versed in property and banking law and has acted in countless number of transactions for vendors, purchasers, mortgagee banks and developers in her 40 over years of practice. Trained by the late Wee Eng Lock (son of the late Wee Swee Teow), who was the leading conveyancer of his time, Shun Yun has acted in numerous complex property transactions over the years. She has assisted her clients in the development and redevelopment of property including amalgamation and subdivision of lands, termination of strata tile subdivision, dissolution of the MCST, and strata title application. As a necessary corollary to her conveyancing work she is also involved in advising clients on trusts, probate and related matters, estate planning, the drafting of Wills, deeds of family arrangements, tenancy agreements and the like. She has advised trustees of religious organisations on the appointment of replacement trustees and the transfer of lands held on trust. She is conversant in Mandarin, Cantonese and other dialects which endears her to her Chinese speaking clients.
