In construction matters, she acts for property owners and contractors in court, arbitration and SOP adjudication proceedings as well as mediation and Strata Title Board applications. In the area of family law, she acts for clients in matrimonial cases, mental capacity applications, inheritance disputes and estates and trusts matters. She has also acted in disputes relating to property ownership, landlord and tenant, encroachment and easements. Non-litigious matters covered include advising companies, management offices and country clubs on their general legal matters. Choon Wai is speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
