Emil Tzanev is an associated attorney with Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
His area of expertise covers commercial, administrative and administrative-penal law, having gained considerable experience specifically in court proceedings. He is further specializing in the field of telecommunications, competition and consumer protection.
Emil Tzanev has been a Member of the Board of the Institute of Private International Law since 2015.
He has a Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and has specialized International Private Law at the Hague Academy of International Law. He is currently a PhD student in International Law at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Before becoming an independent legal profession, Emil Tzanev has worked in the legal department of Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile EAD – Globul (currently Telenor Bulgaria EAD).
