MehaffyWeber was founded in 1946 as a litigation firm. As our clients' needs expanded, we evolved into a broad-based regional law firm with a strong emphasis in toxic tort, environmental, pharmaceutical, labor and employment, health care, premises, product liability and commercial litigation. Our trial lawyers practice in state and federal courts throughout Texas and other states, and our firm functions as national and regional counsel for several clients.
