The MI network is managed by the tight-knit team at MI HQ, based in the UK. The team comprises Keith Heddle, the Managing Director and his invaluable, long standing staff of Meryl Edwards and Elaine Lister – together, they serve the network, connect members, seek opportunities and added-value, orchestrate events (both in-person and virtual) and ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the association (much like a swan, gracefully gliding on the surface whilst paddling powerfully underneath).
