Raymond is a Senior Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution Department in Louis and Charles. His expertise covers not only IP and corporate/commercial matters but a wide range of technical fields including civil engineering and electrical engineering. Raymond has been serving Taipei Bar Association for more than 10 years. From 2017 to 2019, he served as the Vice Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Taipei Bar Association, responsible for legal interactions and exchanges between Taiwanese lawyers and Southeast Asian lawyers.

Raymond was elected as a Director of Taipei Bar Association in 2020.
