Law touches almost every aspect of our life and is constantly evolving to keep up with current society, to which we all belong. I started my career as a Civil Lawyer in west Bengal, India. With an expansion of my knowledge on business administration after relocating Taiwan, doors opened for me to work for the business word, for the broader needs beyond the needs of an individual entity. I am now a legal consultant in one of the largest IP law firms based in Taiwan with a network spread around the globe. My responsibility is not only limited to provide legal supports to seasoned industries in their agreement disputes and copyright or patent violations, I also extend legal support to business-inexperience inventors and investors for their intended ventures. I represent my farm in international conferences on IP including INTA, APPA. I often give talks on this in Taiwanese educational institutes. Many of my articles have been published international journals.
