Yih-Lin Chung

Mr. Yih-Lin Chung is a partner of Louis & Charles Attorneys at Law, with rich litigation experience in patent infringement trials and revocation suits, as well as trademark/trade dress and copyright infringement suits. Drawing on his vast experience, Mr. Chung also advices on compliance and legal risk management related to business activities of domestic and foreign companies. In addition, Mr. Chung also provides advice on day-to-day legal issues and commercial disputes to numerous clients from a wide range of industries, including medical corporations, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, e-commerce businesses, and web marketing firms. Notably, in 2021, Mr. Chung represented a generic drug factory and successfully challenged an original drug patent in a patent linkage lawsuit.
