A seasoned lawyer, Rodrigo has participated in multiple financing mechanisms involving project sponsorships, project finance, lending, syndicated facilities and financial leases, as well as in multiple cross-border and local M&A transactions, including hydrocarbons deals, PPT state schemes and power generation projects.

Alongside private equity, project finance and infrastructure as his main areas of expertise, Rodrigo has a significant experience on in commercial lending and financing, general corporate and contractual structures, and government procurement matters.
