Court Holds Full Disclosure Must Accompany Reduction-In-Force Waivers

The Tenth Circuit recently held that a release of claims was not effective under the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA) because the release contained inaccurate information regarding the group of employees subject to a Reduction in Force.
