Ninth Circuit Holds That Hearing Is Not "Business Necessity" For Drivers Under Americans With Disabilities Act

The Ninth Circuit recently held it a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) to impose a Department of Transportation (DOT) hearing test for dirvers that did nt need to take the test under DOT law.
