Cairncross & Hempelmann Announces Litigator James P. Wagner Joins Firm
Cairncross & Hempelmann is very pleased to announce the arrival of litigator James P. Wagner, as of January 5, 2009. Mr. Wagner joins the firm as a Principal and brings nearly 30 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on insurance, construction and other complex commercial disputes. He has handled a wide variety of insurance coverage, construction and other disputes.
