Thorp Reed & Armstrong's Insurance & Reinsurance Update newsletter is designed to highlight recent developments in insurance and reinsurance law. The newsletter is published by Thorp Reed's Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group, which represents domestic and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies in reinsurance arbitrations and in litigation in state and federal courts.
The inaugural issue includes such articles as, “Supreme Court Reiterates Limited Review of Arbitration Awards,” and offers insight on the confidentiality of reinsurance disputes and the importance of dealing with contractual time limits for appointing arbitrators.
