M&A in Spain: prices and valuations to be reviewed due to new accounting regulation

New accounting regulations in force in Spain as from January 1 2008. They approximate old accounting rules to IFRS. This article is not about the legal and tax implications of these rules which are supposed to be exclusively restricted to the accounting area, but it is about their significant impact in the finance, tax and legal areas.
