Whitmer Elected Vice President of Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association
The law firm of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz PLL is proud to announce that partner Mary Whitmer has been elected the Vice President of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association for the 2008-2009 term.
The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association was recently formed from the consolidation of the Cuyahoga County and Cleveland Bar Associations. The mission of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association is to provide a stronger voice for justice and greater service to the community.
Whitmer is chair of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz PLL’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights group. A certified public accountant, Mary has extensive experience in commercial litigation and regularly represents receivers in the state and federal courts. Mary has been named among the top 50 Women Super Lawyers in Ohio and the top 25 Women Super Lawyers in Cleveland.
