Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP Announces Combination with Philadelphia Based Kittredge, Donley, Elson, Fullem & Embick, LLP

Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP (Thorp Reed) has announced that effective March 1, 2008, it will combine its practice with the Philadelphia-based Kittredge, Donley, Elson, Fullem & Embick, LLP (Kittredge Donley).

Under terms of the combination, all of Kittredge Donley’s partners, associates and support staff will join with Thorp Reed’s Philadelphia office, and operate under the Thorp Reed & Armstrong name. The two firms together will create a formidable presence in the Philadelphia region, serving clients in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, and throughout the Northeast Corridor.

The combination offers both firms expansive growth opportunities, with Thorp Reed adding legal expertise and clients in the insurance and reinsurance industry, international trade, labor and employment, and corporate and civil litigation, as well as an expanded presence in Philadelphia. Kittredge Donley gains access to the resources of a larger firm structure and opportunity to grow its client roster through synergies with Thorp Reed’s existing client and prospect base.
