Top Business Lawyers Reside at 524 Second Avenue
Seattle Business Monthlys annual list (published January 2008) of "Top Business Lawyers" included 13 Cairncross & Hempelmann lawyers. The list, designed to help business professionals select the right legal specialist for his or her businesss needs, is the third installment, and includes the most C&H attorneys to date. It is a result of surveys mailed to more than 5,000 randomly selected attorneys in King County and portions of Snohomish, Pierce and Kitsap counties as well. Included in this years list were: John Rizzardi (Bankruptcy), Stephen P. VanDerhoef (Business Litigation), Timothy R. Woodland (Business Transaction - Acquisition/Merger/Formation), Dwight Wheaton (Business Transaction - General), Bob Seidel (Corporate Finance/Securities), John Hempelmann (Environmental Law/Land Use), J. Thomas Richardson (General Litigation), W. Frank Taylor (Intellectual Property), Rosemary Daszkiewicz (Labor/Employment Discrimination -- it should be noted that Rosemary recently departed the firm to go in-house for a client), John E.D. (Jed) Powell (Personal Injury Law), Donald E. Marcy (Real Estate), Daniel C. Vaughn (Real Estate) and Dawson Taylor (Tax Law).
