Sussman Shank LLP Partners Selected for Oregon Super Lawyers List

Six Sussman Shank LLP Partners have been chosen for the 2007 Oregon Super Lawyers list. Barry P. Caplan, Nena Cook, Howard M. Levine, George W. “Skip” McKallip, Jr., Jeffrey C. Misley, and Thomas W. Stilley are receiving the prestigious award. The list, compiled by Law & Politics, selects only the top 5% of Oregon lawyers based on peer evaluation, professional achievement, and recognition. This is the second year Caplan, Cook, Levine and Misley have received the honor. They were included in the Oregon Super Lawyers list in 2006, the first year the survey was conducted in Oregon. The recipients are nominated by surveying approximately 10,000 active attorneys in Oregon asked to name the best lawyers they have personally observed in action.
