Gaming & Wagering Expert Joins Lander & Rogers
The partners of Lander & Rogers are delighted to announce the appointment of Bill Brown as Special Counsel in our Corporate & Commercial Group.
Bill was until recently General Manager Legal & Regulatory for Tabcorp Holdings Limited, having previously been General Counsel, Star City Casino and General Counsel, Aristocrat Leisure Industries. In his in-house roles, Bill has provided advice on a wide range of subject areas including contract, finance, acquisition/disposition, employment, property, tax/revenue, competition and consumer protection, marketing, intellectual property, corporate governance, as well as managing substantial litigation and dispute resolution. Bill has particular experience in the gambling/hospitality and entertainment/leisure sectors and, most recently, played a leading industry role in reform of the anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing laws in Australia.
