Federal Design-Build Laws On Line
In the states, numerous Federal agencies are using the design-build method of procurement for construction of new projects. If you are doing federal -sector work, you need to be familiar with the statutes and regulations in this area. Shughart Thomson & Kilroy's construction law practice group has compiled all of the current (as of Feb. 13, 2007) laws for easy reference in pdf format.
