Conference Call summary

Although the company information section of the MI website is not used regularly this was considered to be a valuable tool. Firms who have not completed the questionnaire are encouraged to do so as this can only add to its value. It was agreed that at the end of February everyone would send to me by email a summary of their recent M&A activity and identifying any that had come through MI. I will collate the information and circulate it all to the whole M&A group by 12 March (as I am now in Poland the early part of that week). This will be done on a quarterly basis. As MI is setting up a LinkedIn group we should also form a sub—group on LinkedIn. We should have some time for the practice group’s at the AGM.

The next Mergers and Acquisitions conference call will take place on Wednesday 17th March at 08.30am London time and on Wednesday 24th March 16.00 pm London time .
