• Type of entity (e.g., corporation)
• Original filing date
• Status (e.g., active)
• Expiration date, if any
• Location of principal place of business
• Statutory agent (name, address, effective date and status)
• Business filing history (type, date and, for filings beginning in 1997, scanned copies)
• Prior name of entity
• Availability of names under which an entity may be organized
• Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) lien filings

State of Delaware:

• Name
• File number
• Date of organization
• Kind of entity (e.g., corporation)
• Type of entity (e.g., statutory close corporation)
• Residency (i.e., domestic or foreign)
• Registered agent (name, address and telephone number)
• Availability of names under which an entity may be organized

The State of Ohio charges a fee for good standing certificates and full force and effect certificates.

The State of Delaware charges a fee for such information as legal status, current franchise tax assessment and current filing history, and also charges a fee for good standing certificates and certificates of status.
