FIRM OF THE MONTH

The Law Firm Juncker & Dahl-Nielsen was founded in 1869 and has now for almost 150 years aimed at supplying the highest professional quality within commercial, public, and private law.

The firm is based in Vejle – one of three major cities in the “Triangle region” which is considered the most dynamic and expanding zone in Denmark – with its ideal location close to central infrastructure and with only one hour’s drive to Germany.

The firm covers the whole of Denmark and works primarily with Danish affairs within trade & industry, official authorities and private clients – offering legal advice and undertaking lawsuits.

With a longstanding good reputation the firm chose to join Mackrell International in 1989 to further increase the high level of services to its clients.

The firm belongs to the group of smaller law firms in Mackrell International and highly appreciates this cooperation with colleagues worldwide.

At present the staff is composed of 7 – out of which 3 are lawyers.

Niels Juncker is appearing before the Supreme Court and is counsel for the defence. His main occupations are company law, generational change, mergers & acquisitions, contractual law, purchase, sale and building of real estate, inheritance law and criminal law.

Lars Dahl-Nielsen is also appearing before the Supreme Court and as counsel for the defence. His particular fields of interest are company law, generational change, civil lawsuits and arbitration, contractual law, mergers and acquisitions, building law, purchase, sale and building of real estate, sports law and criminal law. He is a committee member of The Sports Confederation of Denmark and The National Olympic Committee.

Sanne Boulund Clausen specific fields of interest are family law, inheritance law, civil lawsuits, and debt-collecting matters and cases.
